Our Satisfaction Guarantee
At Consolidated Ink, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every product we produce. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or materially different from your approved proof or sample, we will work with you to make it right.
Contact us within 45 days of confirmed delivery at info@consolidatedink.com. We may request clear photos or documentation to verify the issue. We will never ask you to return products before approving a reproduction or resolution.
At our discretion, we will:
- Reproduce the affected portion of your order at no cost,
- Repair or replace the defective items, or
- Issue a credit or partial refund for the affected items only.
Refund Eligibility by Production Stage
Because all Consolidated Ink products are custom-made to order, refunds and cancellations depend on the production stage at the time your request is received. Once production begins, we incur costs for materials, setup, and labor that cannot be recovered.
Proof Stage: 100% refundable prior to artwork approval and before production begins.
Sample Stage: Refund minus $100 or 20% of the total (whichever is lower) to cover materials and labor for sample creation.
Production Stage: Once full production begins, your order becomes 40% refundable; the remaining 60% is non-refundable due to committed materials and labor costs.
After Shipment: Orders are non-refundable once shipped, except under our Satisfaction Guarantee above.
How to Report an Issue
Email info@consolidatedink.com within 45 days of confirmed delivery with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos clearly showing the problem
This helps us resolve your concern as quickly and accurately as possible.
Exclusions
Refunds, replacements, or remakes are not available for:
- Design, spelling, or artwork errors approved in your final proof.
- Slight color or size variations within industry-standard tolerances.
- Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage after delivery.
- Claims reported more than 45 days after confirmed delivery.
- Change-of-mind or unused merchandise (all products are custom-made).
Order Cancellations
Orders cancelled after proof approval but before production may incur design or setup fees. Orders cancelled once materials are in production will follow the refund schedule above.
Reproduction Approval
In some cases, we may request additional information, photos, or approval before reproducing an order. We will never require you to return products before a reproduction is authorized.
