Shipping Policy

1. General Information
All products from Consolidated Ink, LLC are made to order. Shipping times may vary based on the product type, quantity, and approval of artwork proofs. Our goal is to deliver your order quickly while maintaining the quality and craftsmanship that define our brand.
2. Production & Turnaround Times
- Standard Production: Most orders ship within 2–4 weeks after final artwork approval and receipt of full payment, unless otherwise specified in writing.
- Expedited Orders: Rush production may be available for select items. Contact us for a quote prior to placing your order.
- Proof Approval: Production begins only after proof approval and payment have both been received. Delays in either will extend the turnaround time.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
Orders ship via UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other trusted carriers. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.
If you prefer a specific carrier or wish to use your own account number, please include that information with your order. We will do our best to accommodate all reasonable requests.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, size, and destination. Domestic ground shipping is typically the most cost-effective method.
International shipments may incur customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
5. Risk of Loss & Damage
All shipments are FOB Origin – Westlake Village, CA. Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the carrier picks up the shipment.
Please inspect all packages upon arrival. If items are missing, damaged, or incorrect, notify both Consolidated Ink and the carrier within 5 business days of delivery. Visible damage should be reported directly to the carrier at the time of delivery.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier’s system to update. If you do not receive tracking information within three business days after your scheduled ship date, contact us at info@consolidatedink.com with your name and order number.
7. International Shipments
We ship worldwide. International transit times vary by destination and customs processing. All duties, tariffs, and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
8. Lost or Delayed Shipments
Occasionally, carriers experience delays due to weather, customs, or seasonal volume. While these are outside our control, we will work closely with the carrier to help locate or replace any lost or delayed shipment when reported promptly.
