• What’s the minimum order quantity?

  Our minimum order for most custom hats is 24 pieces per style and design. You can mix hat style inside of the 24 units but we need to make sure that your logo works across all styles of hat you choose.
  This helps ensure logo consistency, efficient setup, and the best price per unit.
  If you need fewer for a small event or limited drop, reach out — we can often accommodate special runs.

• How long does production take?

  Most orders ship within 2–3 weeks after you approve your digital proof and complete payment
  Rush service is available for select styles and decoration methods — just let us know your deadline, and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

• Can you source specific hat brands?

  Yes — we work with leading suppliers like Richardson, Yupoong, New Era, Flexfit, Otto, Decky, Fahrenheit, and many more.
  If you have a favorite blank or retail hat model in mind, send us the style number and we’ll confirm availability or find the closest match.

• Do you ship internationally?

  Yes — we ship worldwide via trusted carriers like UPS, Fedex and DHL.
  For international orders, we’ll provide detailed shipping estimates and customs information before production begins.

• Can I get a sample before production?

  Yes — we can create a pre-production sample for your approval before full production begins.
  This allows you to confirm colors, logo placement, and embroidery or patch quality. This is especially encouraged on larger orders of 500 units or more.
  Sampling fees may apply depending on your design, and final production quantity.

• Do you offer embroidery digitizing?

  Yes our design team converts your logo into an embroidery-ready stitch file, fine-tuning details like line thickness, thread direction, and 3D puff depth to ensure the best possible result. Once digitized, your logo is saved on file for future reorders so you never pay setup fees again.

• What’s the best decoration method for my logo?

  We offer several options — embroidery, patches, and printing — and we’ll recommend the best method based on your logo detail, colors, and preferred hat style. Some designs pop with 3D embroidery, while others look best as woven or leather patches. Our team will guide you during the proof stage.

• Can I mix hat colors in one order?

  Absolutely. As long as the logo and decoration method stay the same, you can mix colors or even switch between similar styles (like snapback and trucker) within the same order.
  We’ll guide you on which color combinations qualify for bulk pricing.

• Do you help with logo cleanup or redesign?

  Definitely. If your logo file isn’t print-ready, our design team can sharpen edges, adjust colors, or simplify complex artwork to ensure clean embroidery or patch results.
  This service is included free with every order.

• Do you offer bulk order discounts?

  Yes — the more you order, the more you save.
  Our price breaks start at 50, 100, 250, and 500+ units, depending on the decoration type.
